The hook has a straight shaft (1) with the upper end bent in an obtuse angle and provided with a rectangular wire frame (4). The convex frame (4) with a curved upper segment is used for keeping the inner cheek area lifted from the jaw for treating a molar. The lower end of the shaft (1) is accommodated inside a sleeve of the same shape with a cylindrical extension (2) to be inserted into the upper end of a surgical device like the tube of the suction unit.
