<p>The turbine is assembled of several water-filled blades (2) connected with their inner ends to a central plate (3). The joint area (3, 5) which is also affected by the lubricant is sealed with a sealing parcel (7) causing wear and tear at the surface below (6) after a time of permanent sliding motion. A ring-shaped device formed by several segments joined with their complementary outer ends is fitted with a machining tool, a chisel, or a grinding tool moved along the surface to be processed by a motor integrated in the unit.</p> |
