The storage unit has a housing with an entry slot [28] into which the card is inserted. Internally there is a link mechanism [36] that is engaged by the rear edge of the card. The link mechanism is coupled to an actuator wheel [42] that projects through the front panel [30]. When moved through an arc the wheel moves the mechanism to eject the card.
