<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a control unit inside a power conditioner arrangement consumes power significantly. <P>SOLUTION: A power conditioner arrangement 10 is grid-connected to an AC grid 102, and comprises a function for outputting power from a gas engine generator 101 to the AC grid, and a control unit 20 which performs prescribed control operation according to prescribed timing. Even if the supply of power to the control unit is cut off, a relay switch 11 between the AC grid and a control power supply 116A is on-connected according to a relay control signal from a CGS controller 105A, to start the supply of power to the control unit from the AC grid.
