<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the maintainability of stacking brackets used when empty stacking takes place with side panels folded. <P>SOLUTION: The structure of a conveying carriage is such that side panels (gate panels 2 or the like) erected around the main body 1 of the carriage are foldable onto the main body 1, the stacking brackets 15 are attached to the main body 1 of the carriage 1 in the vicinity to its four corners, the lower ends of the stacking brackets 15 are stacking engaging parts 39 which engage with the upper edges of the side panels (both of side panels 3) of the lower carriage when the carriage are stacked with the side panels set up, and the upper ends of the stacking brackets 15 are non-stacking supports 37 which support the stacking brackets 15 of the upper carriage when the carriage are stacked with the side panels folded up.
