摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing customer information, capable of providing quickly working sales promotion by using mails to mobile phone members, while continuously providing point services to card members and the mobile phone members, without changing an existing POS system. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a server 3 connected to the Internet, having a customer table 32, a mobile information terminal 50 of a customer, having a transmitting/receiving means for transmitting/receiving data to/from the server 3 through the Internet 60, and a display part for displaying the obtained data, and a card 51 recording customer identification ID used in an existing store POS system.
