<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a customer when transmitting financial transaction instruction information and instructing execution of a financial transaction. <P>SOLUTION: When transfer data instructing a plurality of transfers to a specific financial institution are uploaded to an application server from a customer's client PC via the Internet ("Yes" in 118), the server scans the received transfer data to count the number of transfers instructed with execution. When the number is less than a prescribed number ("No" in 122), the server starts a content check process for performing a content check to the uploaded transfer data to register them into a financial transaction instruction information DB (124), and displays a completion window on a display of the client PC after process completion (128). When the number is the prescribed number or above ("Yes" in 122), only registration of the transfer data into a content check-waiting table is performed because a customer's waiting time becomes long when performing the content check process, and the display is made to display a completion window with a warning message of content check incompletion (130, 132).
