<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house sales support system that enables even a less experienced seller to precisely and fully communicate the selling points of a plan for boosting purchase inclination of a purchaser. <P>SOLUTION: The house sales support system includes a house data recording means; a house interior/exterior display means for imaging the appearance of a house, rooms in the house, and fixtures and fittings according to house data for display; a voice data recording means for recording a plurality of pieces of selling point information about specific parts of the images of the interior and exterior of the house as voice data; a plurality of voice conversion means for converting the plurality of voice data into different voices; an identification display means for visibly displaying the specific parts for which the voice data are recorded; a person image display means for displaying person images corresponding to the plurality of voice data recorded in the specific parts designated; and a voice output means for causing the voice data corresponding to the selected person images to be converted into voice for output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
