<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply amount adjusting device for fluid capable of freely adjusting a supply amount of the fluid, and provided with a specifying structure of maximum flow rate capable of stabilizing an amount specifying the maximum flow rate of the fluid. <P>SOLUTION: The supply amount adjusting device for fluid is provided with a substantially tabular elastic seal member having a communication hole communicated with a communication passage, and a recessed part communicated with the communication hole and gradually opening widely toward an upstream or downstream side, a pressing member pressing and compressing the elastic seal member, and a fluid permeation filter interposed between the pressing member and the elastic seal member. The elastic seal member is comprised by forming a circumferential wall formed substantially perpendicular to a flat bottom face by removing its inner side while circumferentially leaving a rim end of an upper part, and an inner bottom face continuous with an inner lower end of the circumferential wall and recessed like a bowl toward the communication hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
