<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor carrier, especially a balance weight folk lift materializing almost 180°opening of a door provided for a side frame opening by improving a floor carrier including a vehicle frame which is provided with a frame partition including the side frame opening and formed for storing a battery block, and a door provided for covering the frame opening and capable of substantially turning around a rotation axis in a vertical direction. <P>SOLUTION: The door 3 is joined to the vehicle frame 1 by a double hinge mechanism 5. A second rotation axis A2 is positioned spaced apart from and in parallel with a first rotation axis A1.
