PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information disclosure system and a method enabling a broad range of information sharing by absorbing differences of language/terminal environments between users on the Internet. SOLUTION: This invention enables a broad range of information sharing by absorbing differences of language/terminal environments between users. By registering information from a mobile phone or on a Web browser, the information is automatically translated into data of each language and stored in a database on a server. When a browsing request for the registered data is issued, a browsing page corresponding to the terminal environment of a browsing person is sent to the browsing person by using a template previously selected by a disclosing person. The browsing page further includes a function for the browsing person to easily browsing/searching a content, and a function to register a comment to the data from the browsing person. In addition, a means for searching by a native language of the browsing person can be provided to allow the easy retrieval of information and a wide range of information referencing.
