PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain lens effects excellent in designability with decorative pattern which cannot applied in the prior arts . SOLUTION: This simultaneous molding/decorating molding with convex lenses has two faces of a transparent injection-molded resin layer 15 comprising a plurality of nearly semi-spherical convex lens parts 2 and having a decorative layer 3 on the surface of at least either one convex lens part 2. The manufacturing method of the simultaneous molding/decorating molding with convex lenses comprises the steps of arranging a decorated sheet 10 on at least the A die side having a decorative pattern layer, of the A die 20 and the B die 21 of an injection mold having a plurality of nearly semi-spherical recesses, forming a molding cavity part 8 by closing the A die and the B die and injecting the molding resin 9 into the cavity part for molding an injection molding with simultaneously forming the decorative pattern layer on the surface of the injection molding.
