PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative building plate capable of accurately performing a full color printing with a required color tone, and improving a production efficiency and decreasing a production cost. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the decorative building plate with a full color printed layer wherein a full color printing is performed on a design face of a running building plate, is provided. When the full color printed layer is formed, color dots 3 are formed on a design face of the building plate by reaching color inks with hues of cyan, magenta, yellow and black according to full color printing data formed in advance, and a white ink with a white color is made to reach at a part where the color dots 3 are not formed to form white dots 4.
