PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier device structured so that a rear grip and side grips are consolidated with a carrier and managing without formation of a surface unevenness for the side grips on the cover member side covering a vehicle body. SOLUTION: The rear grip 26 and the side grips 27 are consolidated with the carrier 24, and the side grips 27 are located on the left and right of the rear of tandem seats 12. A tail cover 25 having approximately a triangular side elevation is installed covering the space formed between the lower parts of the side grips 27 and the carrier 24 and the top of the rear cover 23. The rear end of the tail cover 25 is attached to a stay 59 using bolt 58. The stay 59 is attached to the rear half 8 of a frame and welded to a bracket 51 supporting the carrier 24. The front extremity of the tail cover 25 is positioned in the neighborhood of the front mounting part of the side grips 27. The left and right ends of the tail cover 25 are formed narrower than the side grips 27, and a space for grips is formed between the top of the tail cover 25 and the bottoms of the side grips 27.
