PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone service system by which communications can be achieved well. SOLUTION: The telephone service system has at least two or more of telephone terminals 11, 21, 31, 32, and 41; and a server 7 provided with a storage means which stores user state information as the information of the feelings and/or the physical condition of a user inputted by the user of at least one of the telephone terminals, and a selection means which selects at least a mode for preventing the reception of an incoming call, a mode for providing vital information showing the feelings and/or the physical condition of the user by making to receive the incoming call, and a mode for providing the vital information periodically regardless of the presence or the absence of the incoming call to a prescribed telephone terminal in the telephone terminals permitted by the user, on the basis of the user state information stored in the storage means and the information regarding the prescribed telephone terminal in the permitted telephone terminals.
