PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image with inconspicuous noise, of high sharpness, high image quality and high detectability by reading an image obtained by phase contrast radiography by using a both-side light condensation reading system. SOLUTION: The radiographic system is provided with a phase contrast breast image photographing device for photographing a breast with radiation from a radiation source and recording the breast as the radiograph on a stimulable phosphor plate or a phase contrast image photographing device for photographing an object with radiation from a radiation source and recording the object as the radiograph on the stimulable phosphor plate, and a radiograph both-side reading device for irradiating the stimulable phosphor plate with exciting light and reading the stimulated phosphorescent light on both sides of the stimulable phosphor plate.
