PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package with an alteration prevention function which requires no facility for pressurization and heating, etc., for sealing, and which is used at any time and any place and with ease. SOLUTION: In the package (envelope 14) having a flap 16 (or superposed part) for sealing, a multi-layered sheet 12 for preventing alteration is adhered to the inner surface of the flap 16 (or superposed part). Adhesive layers which are neither pressure sensitive adhesive layers nor heat sensitive adhesive layers are arranged on both outer layers of the sheet, and adhesion is performed on one adhesive layer. Furthermore, at least weak adhesive layers which can be separated and cannot be adhered again after separation are formed on middle layers and the adhesive layer which is not adhered is covered with a separation sheet. Sealing is performed by pressing, by human hands, etc., the outside of an adhered part of the sheet 12 for preventing alteration from which the separation sheet is removed at the time of use.
