PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-water supply heating apparatus having functions of economical instant hot-water without waste and freeze proofing by using a heating circuit. SOLUTION: A heat receiving part is formed along a hot-water supply circuit, and it is connected to a hot water tap in a heat exchanger of a radiator for heating provided in a midway part of the heating circuit. A bypass pipe is provided returning to an inlet side of the heat receiving part is provided from between the heat receiving part and the hot water tap. Since a circulating pump is provided in the bypass pipe, the instant hot-water function of providing hot-water right after opening the hot water tap in the winter season wherein a hot-water supply temperature drops, and prevention of freezing of the hot-water supply circuit can be realized by a simple composition without providing a special heat source or power source by using the heat exchanger of the radiator for heating, and it is extremely handy.
