PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a door frame capable of carrying out a facilitate mounting work without any obstacles in the way of an access and excellent in waterproofing property and a mounting method. SOLUTION: A door frame mounting notch section 22c is provided to a waterproofing pan 22 mounting a rising section 22b for installing a wall panel 11a along the circumferential edge section, and a sill 23 of the door frame 30 and a frame lower part 26 constituted by integrally forming jamb lower parts 24 and 25 forming the lower parts of the jambs are installed on the notch section 22c in a water-tight state. A projected section 27a of a connecting member 27 is mounted to recess sections 24a and 25a provided on the upper parts of the jamb lower parts 24 and 25, and recess sections of jamb upper parts 28 and 29 are engaged with a projected section 27c of the connecting member 27. The upper surface of the sill 23, a floor surface 22a and a height of a floor surface 33 are approximately set in equal.
