LOCKING TOOL STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent locking tool structure facilitating engagement and disengagement of articles such as a suspender having a locking tool and a tool for preventing crimp of an outerwear and not damaging fingers and nails. SOLUTION: The locking tool structure is equipped with (1) a substrate and (2) an operating body installed in a state enabling rise and fall to the substrate. The substrate (1) and the operating body (2) are equipped with a means engaging female with male mutually enabling attachment and detachment while interposing an attaching fabric and a belt-attaching part for attaching a belt is installed at one end of the substrate.
