PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide adjuster for a vehicle capable of reducing the number of component parts or the man-hours for installation, embodied in a simple constitution with a stable sliding resistance, and assuring a high reliability. SOLUTION: The slide adjuster for the vehicle is structured so t hat a plurality of rolling elements 12 are installed under the middle part between a lower rail 2 and an upper rail 4 and a plurality of bulging parts 4m are formed over the upper rail 4. The slide adjuster is furnished with long holes 4n along the bottom edges of the bulging parts 4m, the bulging part 4m are put in slide contact with part of the lower rail 2.
