PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher constituted so as to efficiently crush a material to be crushed housed in a crushing container by applying reciprocating vibration to the crushing container. SOLUTION: An annular holder 20 is attached to the annular body 15 externally fitted to the inclined shaft body 11, which is fixed to a rotary shaft 8 so that the axis thereof is inclined with respect to the axis thereof, in a relatively freely rotatable manner and a large number of the crushing containers 30 housing the material to be crushed and crushing media 32 are held on the circumference of a circle of the annular holder 20 while the rotation of the annular body 15 is restricted by magnetic attraction. When the rotary shaft 8 is rotated, the annular holder 20 is vibrated forward and rearward to crush the materials to be crushed in the crushing containers 30 by the crushing media 32. When the crushing containers 30 are held to the annular holder 20 so that the almost centers of the inside dimensions of the length directions thereof are set on the radial lines of the crossing point of the axis of the rotary shaft 8 and the axis of the annular body 15 or the positions moved to one side from the radial lines, the reciprocating vibration of the annular holder 20 is made symmetric to obtain a state that the materials to be crushed are crushed on both sides of the crushing containers 30 or mainly crushed on one side of the crushing containers 30.
