PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat remote controller which does not need an electric source and wiring for transmitting/receiving signals and can add function by handling the softwares. SOLUTION: In the remote controller for a warm bidet device, an antenna 3 which receives radio electric wave, a radio tagging IC 4 which receives radio electric wave, gets an electric source supply, uses the source and transmits data from the antenna 3, and a switch 5 which makes ON/OFF control over transmitting data of the radio tagging IC 4 compose a radio tagging 6, and a plurality of sets of the radio tag 6 are installed in a remote controller, and the remote controller is installed in the toilet seat 1 of swinging type. A selected switch 5 is activated ON according to a target function, and data can be transmitted from the radio tagging IC 4 to the warm water flushing device, then, the function of the warm bidet device can be controlled without wiring.
