PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic applicator capable of supplying cosmetic to an application member by a fixed quantity at a time without causing shortage of the cosmetic in application or excessive supply of the cosmetic to scatter the same when squeezed as in a conventional case and making full use of the same to the end by allowing confirmation of its residual quantity. SOLUTION: The cosmetic applicator is provided with the application member on the front end and a cosmetic case housing the cosmetic such as mascara having fluidity on the rear end, wherein the applicator includes the application member consisting of a cosmetic introducing hole in the axis center, a delivery port communicating with the hole in a specified position of the peripheral face of the axis and an application brush near the delivery port, a force-squeezing out mechanism provided on a space between the application member and the cosmetic case and able to squeeze the cosmetic out to the application member by the fixed quantity at a time and, on the rear end of the cosmetic, a follower allowing occurrence of backward flow of the cosmetic and dryness of the same to be prevented.
