A self force generator using permanent magnets is provided to array permanent magnets while preventing forces of the permanent magnets from being balanced, and to mechanically convert a right-angled motion of a pulling force and a pushing force of the permanent magnets into a rotational motion, thereby producing electric energy by rotating the generator. Permanent magnets are attached/arrayed within a cylinder of a self force revolution body. The permanent magnets are arrayed to make poles of the magnets the same. The permanent magnets are fixed by a binding vise. While the binding vise is rotated, the revolution body is disposed for a vertical motion. During the rotation, a bearing is installed for little friction. A fixing body is united with the cylinder of the revolution body to rotate a right-angled motion of a pulling force and a pushing force of the permanent magnets. The revolution body is connected to a speed increaser, while a generator for generating electric energy is connected thereto.
