A system and a method for collecting and transmitting documents are provided to search and download desired document information by collecting documents through websites and constructing a database. A member information DB(310) stores member information inputted by users when joining as the member. A document DB(320) stores documents collected by a document collecting module(340) and guide information corresponding to the collected document. A member managing module(330) supplies the user to receive a desired document using a document supplying module(350). The document collecting module collects information provided to the user through the Internet and generates the guide information corresponding to the collected information. The document supplying module transmits the guide information and collected documents to a user terminal(200).
