PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems that it seems to be very difficult to prepare a takeout port, by breaking a wall composed of closely piled-up cellulose, when a component which is surrounded by a bag-shaped cell membrane formed out of the stubborn cellulose is taken out, a practical effect is not produced by a dissolving operation for which an enzyme or a microorganism is used, while the operation is considered, and a mechanical procedure using shear strongly causes denaturation by frictional heat, and therefore a procedure effective for taking out more of the component and decreasing the component which is separated has not been provided yet.
SOLUTION: A method comprises crushing a stubborn vegetable cellulosic component by the mechanical shear in a state of swelling the cellulosic component under low temperature and moist conditions, subjecting the crushed pieces of the component to a sudden transition from a state of high pressure to a state of low pressure, so as to subject water which penetrates into tissue of the crushed pieces to a transition from a dissolving state to a state of foaming, expanding, and then breaking, and simultaneously cutting a uniform tissue structure, so as to make the internal component flow out. Because the method is controlled to conduct the operations under the low temperature condition, the internal component is prevented from being thermally denatured.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
