PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing system that facilitates effective use of data.

SOLUTION: A web browser is started in a store's terminal 2 to access a host server 10 to obtain a connection form. The store's inherent information is inputted and sent from the store's terminal 2 to obtain a menu screen from the host server 10. When account receivable information about the provision of services at the store is inputted, an input form is obtained from the host server 10 and data are inputted according to the input form and sent to the host server 10. The data are classified according to items and stored in a storage device 31. When a ledger sheet, a bill or a slip is displayed or printed, a ledger sheet form, a bill form or a slip form is requested and obtained from the host server 10. The data can be managed in a unified manner without the store's terminal 2 having a dedicated configuration.
