<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a picking instruction device 25 reducing load of a worker and facilitating picking work. <P>SOLUTION: This picking instruction device is constructed to detect a conveying position of a container (c) conveyed by a conveyance device 12 by a container detection means, and to detect the corresponding container (c) in which an article to be picked up is stored based on picking information. In this instruction device, a push out means 26 pushes out the corresponding container (c) in which the article to be picked up is stored from a regular position in another side to one side on a picking work part 15 side based on detection by the container detection means and picking information.
