PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure strength for attaching a shield case to a board and to prevent the attachment space of a mounted component from being reduced. SOLUTION: The pawl 60 of a latch part 59 formed in the shield case 58 is latched onto a recessed part 62 formed in the board 42. Thus, the shield case 58 connected to the ground 64 is attached to the board 42, an IC 56 placed on the board 42 is covered with the shield case 58, and an electromagnetic wave is blocked. Since the shield case 58 is fixed to the board 42 by the use of the pawl 60 and the recessed part 62, there is no necessity to secure the area of the required size of the ground for being fixed to the board 42. Then the space for placing the IC 56 is enlarged. Besides, the shield case 58 is latched to the board 42 at a place independent from the ground 64.
