PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll-shaped transfer sheet free from a fold and a wrinkle, a method for producing a dielectric layer forming substrate using the transfer sheet, and the dielectric layer forming substrate. SOLUTION: In the roll-shaped transfer sheet, a transfer sheet in which a support film, a film-forming material layer, and a protective film are laminated in turn is wound up to form multiple layers.
