PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a micro reactor, quickly making a metal mold having a fine cavity of a predetermined shape at a low cost, and quickly manufacturing the micro reactor at low cost. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the micro-reactor, a recessed part corresponding to a fine cavity is formed in one surface of the synthetic resin plate, and the resin plate and a sheet member made of synthetic resin or the like are stacked to form a fine cavity. The manufacturing method of the micro-reactor is characterized by using a metal mold in which two or more split metal molds are combined to form one molding surface to thereby form a recessed part corresponding to the fine cavity in one surface of the synthetic resin plate.
