COATING FILM FORMING METHOD AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film forming apparatus which uniformizes ejecting amount at an end part and a central part and has good yield of the material by devising a shape of a material supply nozzle. SOLUTION: The apparatus for forming a coating film while rotating a fixing roller core metal 1 having a cylindrical surface at least at a part of it around a central core axis of the cylindrical surface is provided with a chuck mechanism holding the fixing roller core metal 1, a rotation mechanism for rotating the chuck mechanism, a coating nozzle 7 which can apply a coating material from a slit at its top end to the fixing roller core metal 1 rotating by rotation of the chuck mechanism simultaneously over an axial direction of the fixing roller core metal 1 and a blade which holds a definite gap to the fixing roller core metal 1 to be coated and scratches formed coating film.
