PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion instrument, correctly setting a deformable intraocular insertable lens in a setting part with ease and further preset in the setting part. SOLUTION: This insertion instrument is provided for an elastically deformable intraocular insertable lens 1 including an optical part having predetermined memory characteristics. The instrument has the setting part 7 provided with grooves 9a, 9b formed to be engaged with the edge part of the optical part.
