PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method canceling labor and cost as much as possible and capable of finely sorting mixed wastes such as soil and sand. SOLUTION: This sorting method for mixed wastes such as soil and sand comprises a chemicals-mixing step for insolbilizing contaminated soil; a primary sorting step for removing a large waste by a net-like bucket after the chemicals-mixing step; a sorting machine step for sorting soil to be used by using a trommel, or the like, after the primary sorting step; a manual sorting step in which a member for picking removes waste plastics and saw dust after the sorting machine step; a magnetic sorting machine step for removing iron debris by a permanent magnet after the manual sorting step; and a wind force sorting step for sorting heavy concrete and light waste after the magnetic sorting machine step.
