PURPOSE: A process for cooking mixed soup of hog's backbones, potatoes and seafood is provided, therefore the prepared soup is removed from the greasy taste of the hog's backbones by the seafood, and contains nutrients of the seafood. CONSTITUTION: The process for cooking mixed soup of hog's backbone, potatoes and seafood comprises the steps of: boiling hog's backbones in water for 1 hour; adding red pepper hot chili powder, ginger, garlics and salted Chinese cabbage leaves into the pig's backbone stock, boiling for 10 minutes then cooling them at room temperature for 30 minutes; inserting the boiled hog's backbones and Chinese cabbage leaves into a cooker; adding potatoes, prawns, squids, small octopuses, blue crabs, corbiculas, Welsh onion, sesame leaves, red hot chili pepper powders, and sesame seeds into the cooker; and boiling them for 10 minutes. |
