A side glass holder of a vehicle is provided to effectively combine and separate the side glass holder in replacing a side glass by holding and releasing combining force of a projection of a side glass supporting unit by a bolt combined to a nut. A side glass holder(100) of a vehicle is composed of a carrier plate supporting unit(120) formed by boring an insertion hole with the inner diameter same as the center of a hole(310) formed on a carrier plate(300); a side glass supporting unit having a nut(112) recessed and installed at one side and combined with a bolt(400) fitted through the insertion hole of the carrier plate supporting unit and a projection(111) protruded on the other side and inserted into a combining hole(210) of the side glass; and a hinge unit(130) for connecting the side glass supporting unit and the carrier plate supporting unit.
