A sliding-type portable digital communication device is provided to dispose a proper number of keys in a central area of a body housing and in proper places of the first and second areas, so that a user can conveniently operate the keys while realizing a very slim size. A body housing is extended in length direction, and comprises a central area(110) recessed in predetermined depth based on an upper side of a center of the length direction. A lower portion is received in the central area(110) with predetermined width. A sliding housing(200) consists of an upper portion more protruded in predetermined width than top surfaces(120a,130a) of both sides of the body housing. A rotational lens housing(300) mounted on one side end of the one-sided top surface(130a) of the body housing is further comprised.
