A structure of a road in which a water collecting tank is mounted is provided to reduce energy waste, and to cut down expenses by recycling rainwater as agricultural water or industrial water. A water collecting tank(50) is formed in a lower part of a road(20) to collect rainwater, and composed of a fixed quantity discharge port(40) draining rainwater in overflowing, a discharge port(70) using rainwater as agricultural water, industrial water or extinguishing water, a final drain port(80) installed in a lower part of the discharge port, a rainwater inlet(30) or more formed in an upper part of the water collecting tank to flow rainwater through a drain port(10) formed outside the road and an inlet(90) formed at a side of the water collecting tank to flow river water in. The fixed quantity discharge port is composed of a second purifier and a third purifier to filter collected water and infiltrate clean water into a ground surface. |
