A method for storing a bank security card using a text message is provided to remove users' inconvenience of carry along a plurality of security cards by transmitting an LMS(Long Message Service) or an MMS(Multimedia Service) having content of the security cards to a phone number agreed between a mobile communication provider(base station) and a bank, parsing/storing the security card-related message received from the base station by a terminal, and displaying the stored content as a visualized table. A terminal inputs security card-related message content and a phone number of a receiving side and transmits them. A base station receives the security card-related message and determines whether the message is a message of a security card carried along by a user or includes user information for newly issuing a security card. If the received message is the message of the security card carried along by the user, the base station adds a CID(Content ID) to the message and transmits the data to the terminal. If the received message is the message for issuing a new security card, the base station transmits the user information to a bank server, receives new issuance security card data with respect to the user, adds a CID to the received data, converts it into a pre-set message format, and transmits it to the terminal. The terminal checks a type of the received message, and if the received message is a security code message, the terminal parses(interprets) the security card information included in the received message and stores it. The terminal displays the stored security card information data as a visualized table. |
