A resonator and a dielectric filter are provided to symmetrically form one pair of resonance electrodes in loop shape or spiral shape in substrate laminated direction, thereby reducing a substrate space in length direction of the resonance electrodes, consequently the resonator or the dielectric filter can be miniaturized. Resonance electrodes(171a,171b,191a,191b) are symmetrically formed in loop shape or spiral shape in substrate laminated direction, to reduce a substrate space in length direction of the resonance electrodes(171a,171b,191a,191b). The first condenser has a lamination structure consisting of an electrode connected to a ground conductor layer, an electrode(192a) connected to an open end of the resonance electrode(191a), and a dielectric layer. The second condenser has a lamination structure consisting of an electrode connected to the ground conductor layer, an electrode(192b) connected to an open end of the resonance electrode(191b), and the dielectric layer.
