A device for disconnecting and cutting food vale is provided to automatically and continuously perform disconnection and cutting of the food vale. The device includes a box body(10) with front and rear sides being opened, a loading plate(20) for closing the front side of the body, a chain conveyor(30) for supporting a bottom of a bail at a downstream side of the load plate, a guide plate(40) installed to an upper portion of the chain conveyor, and a cutting discharging portion installed to a downstream side of the chain conveyor and the guide plate for continuously cutting and conveying a food layer.
