A device for filtering remnants of a concentrated liquid is provided to execute filtering action successively and easily by changing the inner pressure of a filtering member and forcibly filtering the concentrated liquid supplied from a herb extractor. A device for filtering remnants of a concentrated liquid comprises a body(10), a filtering member(30), a filtering paper(32); and a forcible filtering unit. An upper cover member(12A) with a through hole opening and closing by a door(20), where a concentrated liquid supply tube is installed, is combined to the upper part of the body in an airtight state. A lower cover member(12B), where a concentrated liquid discharge tube(50) with an opening and closing valve(52) for discharge is installed, is combined to the lower part of the body. The body is made of a transparent material and is installed to the top of a case(14). The upper end of the filtering member is installed to the through hole in a state of being situated to the inside of the body while filtering paper(32) is installed to the lower part. The forcible filtering unit changes the inner pressure of the body, forcibly passes and filters the concentrated liquid supplied to the filtering member from the concentrated liquid supply tube through the filtering paper, and discharges the concentrated liquid to the concentrated liquid discharge tube.
