An ink cartridge with an ink filter and a method for manufacturing the ink filter are provided to filter impurities included in ink by preventing an influence on a frequency characteristic of a print head. An ink cartridge(200) includes a body of a cartridge(210), a print head(220), and ink filter(230). The body(210) of a cartridge includes ink. The upper part of the body(210) of the cartridge includes a groove part(210a) having a print head(220) and an ink filter(230). The print head(220) is used for spreading ink stored in the body(210) of a cartridge according to the control signal of print. The print head(220) includes a head chip(221) and a flexible circuit substrate(222). The head chip(221) includes a substrate, a plurality of nozzle plates, and a chamber plate.
