A healthy food containing fermented liquid of pine needle extract and an alcohol extract of Lespedeza cuneata(Chinese lespedeza) as an effective ingredient is provided. The food product contains a major component of the pine needle and Lespedeza cuneata components without the destruction and has anticancer, antibacterial and vasodilating effect. The healthy food contains an aged liquid which is prepared by mixing 10 to 20% by weight of fermented liquid of pine needle extract and an alcohol extract of Lespedeza cuneata and aging at 37deg.C for 3 months or more. The healthy food is selected from the group consisting of tea, uncooked food products, meats, sausage, bread, chocolate, candies, snacks, cookies, pizza, ramyeon(ramen), noodles, gums, dairy products, soup, drinks and health drinks.
