<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently utilize network resources and to perform contents delivery of high quality when delivering large-capacity contents like video. SOLUTION: A management server A is accessed from a PC 1 to select a program (ST302). When accepting program selection from the PC 1, the management server A counts the number of participant terminals which request delivery of the same contents as the selected program (ST303). Object ONU number '1' is stored (ST304). Next, the management server A generates an acceptance report message and transmits it to the PC 1 (ST305). Thereafter, the management server A transmits a band change report to an OLT device (ST311). The band change report includes a change object ONU, a change time, and a transmission source IP address. The OLT device receives the band change report and changes the band width in accordance with this report.</p> |
