PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain ultra-clean air having a preventing effect on the increase of a contact angle. SOLUTION: This unit apparatus cleaning air 6-1 containing a harmful gas and fine particles has at least an ultraviolet source 1, a photocatalyst 3, a photon discharge material 4 and an electrode 5 and the ultraviolet source 1 is surrounded by the photocatalyst 3, the photon discharge material 4 and the electrode and all of them are integrally unified. The cleaning unit apparatus is arranged in a space where harmful gas and fine particles are present. |
