REFRACTORY COMPOSITION FOR USING DISTRIBUTOR OF FLUIDIZED REDUCTION FURNACE OF FINEX

Provided is a ZrO2-Al2O3 refractory with excellent abrasion-resistance for a distributor of the fluidized-bed reduction furnace in the FINEX process. The ZrO2-Al2O3 refractory is characterized by containing more than 40wt.% of ZrO2. The refractory for distributor, whose upper side is fed with fine iron ore and lower side is filled with CO gas, has excellent toughness and abrasion resistance to stand the collision by CO gas and fine iron ore scattered at a high-speed. The CO gas(800deg.C) generated from combustion of coal in the melter gasifier is flown into fine ore iron through the distributor for reduction of fine ore iron.
