A rice bran beverage and food obtained using rice bran is provided. The product is rich in nutrients. Rice bran is ground and added to food material. The food material contains fruit juice, vegetable juice, meats, cereals, rice cake and the like. For an example, 1kg rice bran is soaked 3 to 4 times with water for 5 to 7hr, ground or heated. Then the rice bran powder or extract is mixed with a sweetening agent if necessary. |
