Connection structure of a synthetic resin pipe connection unit is provided to make watertight members keep watertightness of synthetic pipes by forming watertight member installation grooves in divided connection units, inserting the watertight members in the watertight member installation grooves, and tightening bolts and nuts. In connection structure of a synthetic resin pipe connection unit(1), the synthetic resin pipe connection unit is divided into at least two equal parts of an upper connection unit(3) and a lower connection unit(3'). Watertight member installation grooves are formed in guide parts formed to both sides of the upper and lower connection units symmetrically formed, to fix watertight members(9,9'). Overlap protrusion parts and overlap parts are formed at each different position to one-sides of the watertight member installation grooves. Fastening protrusion parts(4,4') are protruded to the sides of the upper and lower connection units, and the upper and lower connection units connect synthetic resin pipes(2).
